New Board Members Join Columbia Green

Columbia GreenAnn Holtschlag took the helm of Columbia Green's Board of Directors in January, welcoming seven new additions to the 20-member board. Joining the board this year are:

  • Natalie Cappuccio Britt, Executive Director of the Palmetto Conservation Foundation;
  • Elaine Camp, who recently retired from AT&T and is a former president of The Investment Club;
  • Howard Duvall, a former mayor of Cheraw and executive assistant to Gov. Dick Riley as well as past  Director of Intergovernmental Relations and Executive Director of the Municipal Association of South Carolina;
  • Marion Kelly, a Virginia transplant who oversaw grant management and public policy development for the Virginia state government;
  • Spann Laffitte, a senior sales representative for Assurant Employee Benefits;
  • Stuart Lee, a lawyer with Roger Townsend and Thomas who serves on numerous community organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and the Home Builders Association of Columbia;
  • Joanne Suggs, a retired Richland One teacher who volunteers for many community organizations and is past president of the Historic Columbia Foundation.

In addition to Mrs. Holtschlag, other members of the board's executive committee include Vice President Jim Morris, Treasurer Jim Olsen, Recording Secretary Ann Sinclair and Corresponding Secretary Virginia Bedford. See a complete list of our Board of Directors...
